Shipping policy

Note: Due to high order volume, some orders may get delayed in shipping. please understand the situation and order with an expected delay, thank you.
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Our estimated delivery time is between 4-30 days depending on where the order was placed from. You will receive your order anywhere from 4-30 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. See the chart below for estimated delivery time to your country.


After your payment is verified, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of a significant delay (delayed by 4+ days) in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address linked to your order. Note: most items will be sent separately.
